ABOUT
JP grew up in Falkenberg, a small town on the west coast of Sweden. Since an early age he practiced art in different ways such as drawing, music, graffiti and painting influenced by artist such as Francis Bacon, Basquiat, Condo & Warhol.
At the age of 29 he found the art of tattooing and started as an apprentice at Pistolero Tattoo in Borås. In
2016 he moved back to Falkenberg and worked at Hamngatan 15 Tattoo were he stayed for almost 6 years. During that time he also traveled back and fourth to L.A. were he built a steady clientele.
In 2024 (10 years into his career as a tattoo artist) JP will open his own studio JP TATTOOS & ART STUDIO at Storgatan 18 in Falkenberg.
The studio will mostly be focusing on tattooing but also as a mini gallery were he will exhibit his art.
